# 2025 Q3 EMR release
**New Features and Enhancements **
· Enhanced Version Locking mechanism for all National EMR modules.
o **Version Check at Application Start**
§ When you start the application, the EMR server now checks your application version.
§ Only the latest, compatible version is allowed.
o **Automatic Blocking of Outdated Versions**
§ If you’re using an older app, you will not be able to log in.
§ You’ll see a clear message telling you the app must be updated.
o **Update EMR**
§ If your version is outdated, the system will guide you to have it updated by either showing a green button ‘Update EMR’ to download and install the latest version for OCOMs, or a guide to contact the helpdesk to be supported with the update for EBNs.

## 5.1. ART Module
· Added three new reports in data management

· Encounters per Provider Report: This report will give a count of encounters a user carried out over the report period run. The count is drillable to specific patients and dates of the encounters.

· Encounters at Odd Hours Report: This report shows all encounters that were done during odd hours and which user carried out the encounters and at what time.
· Password Changes Report: this report will show how many times a user has changed their password over the reporting period.

· Added a new data cleaning tool for pulling all clients on antiretrovirals but without HIV program.
· Added a data cleaning tool to show clients with implausible ARV dispensations. These are clients who were dispensed with drugs not in multiples of 30, and/or were dispensed huge quantities of the ARVs
· Added 15P 180 pack size
· Added TB Observation date column to cohort report drilldown on TB indicators
· Added a helpdesk flyer on the login page and on the network configuration alert
· Added a functionality to allow users to dispense extra DTG for clients confirmed with TB while taking a supply of ARVs.
· Opened access to the data cleaning to to all users and not just super users.

· Fixed the issue of Missing Patient Type in ART when client is transitioning from other EMR modules.
· Fixed the Regimens and Formulations Report to show correct formulations for 15P and 15A
